What a Trip

Our trip down to Grandma and Grandpa Cousinos was pretty uneventful, although it still took us about 5-6 hours. While we were staying there, I painted, painted and painted some more, we went to visit Grandma Verdoot in the hospital, went back to the old neighborhood to visit Regina and see our old house, had unbaked pizza (yummy, a downstate favorite), took Hunter to the park Friday and Saturday, visited and played with Asher and Delaney, Uncle Todd and Aunt Wendy. We always seem to do so much and still not squeeze in everything we wanted to do.

However, on the way home it was a little bit more eventful than the way down. About an hour and a half into the trip, Hunter was looking sleepy and kind of pale and his eyes were glazed. He told me he had to go to the bathroom, what timing because we were not even a mile from the rest area. We get into the bathroom and he looks at me and says "I almost throw up" and then he did!!! We had to stop 4 times on the way home so he could get sick, poor guy. Not once did he cry, and he slept during most of the car trip, except for when he had to get sick. We felt so sorry for him, and there was really nothing we could do to help him except get him home.

Here are some pictures from the times of our trip that Hunter was having fun!!!
Hunter always has to climb on parts of equipment he shouldn't be climbing on, because he is Spiderman!!
Safety Town park, really cool with little houses, stores, offices etc. and little streets and sidewalks, Hunter loved riding his bike through there
