Merry Christmas

We started off Christmas Eve with Hunter coming into the bedroom at 5am throwing up, every half hour he was getting sick, I felt so sorry for him. He was so upset because we were planning on going to church on Christmas Eve. He said as he was crying, "I'm so sad! I never get to go to church" I guess I better start taking this poor kid to church so he can see what it's all about, but I really wanted to take him on Christmas Eve because that's when it's more magical.

By late afternoon Hunter was feeling good enough to go to Grandma and Grandpa Folgmanns, only to get upset again because he only had a few presents to open and that's because Grandma and Grandpa are paying for him to play hockey starting next week, and believe me that is no cheap gift. However to a kid who just wants to unwrap stuff, it didn't really mean anything to him at that moment.

Finally Christmas morning, our little sleepy head woke up at 10:30am, can I just say I am so glad I don't have a kid that wakes us up at 5 am to open presents!!! Hunter was happy to see all the gifts under the tree for him, Santa had brought ALOT!!! After a disappointing Christmas Eve, Christmas Day sure made up for it. Although the rest of our day was very quiet, Grandma and Grandpa Folgmann came over to visit that evening for a couple hours but besides that it was just us and Hunters new toys which included; Wii Resort, a motorized scooter (from Grandma and Grandpa Cousino), boxing gloves, a real bow and arrow, a wallet that according to Hunter he can put his hunting license in, lego city, firehouse and police station, Cars geotrax, a new baseball glove, more hockey stuff, and a bunch of other things.

And Santa didn't forget about the littlest member of our family, Zander got a couple of toys, some socks and an outfit. And I got a couple of gifts too that I was way excited about; The magic bullet food processor, a food saver (so now our frozen goods won't go bad), a warm and cozy sweater, and some $$$. I have to say we were all very happy this Christmas and thankful for everything we have and got, lets hope the New Year is promising and good to us!!!

I tried uploading a video but it wouldn't work, I will try again and post it!
