What's better than carving the very first pumpkin of the year? .......Carving the very first pumpkin of the year that you didn't have to pay for because it grew in your very own garden and that there are still about 20 more that we can carve!
Hunter had a lot of fun getting his hands gooey, scarping out the insides to make it smooth, helping transfer the pattern onto the pumpkin and actually carving some of the pumpkin all by himself. The end result.....a spooky, yucky, creepy-crawly, SPIDER!!! And after we were done with carving the pumpkin, we snacked on the pumpkin seeds, yummy:)
