Carried Away

That's what the mosquito's did to the boys after they got done swimming in the little lake and walked through the woods to get to the house. We went to our friends parents house who have a farm and a lake on it. While the dad's were fishing and the mom's were at the store, Taiger and Hunter swam in the lake. Apparentley the dads weren't too worried about the boys, because at one point they looked over and all they could see were the boys heads above the water, who were trying to swim to the lily pads near the middle. Why they decided to tell us mothers this is beyond me.

The boys both had mosquito spray on them, but after swimming for over an hour, the bug spray obviously was not water proof, they must have had atleast 30 bites all over them. We took them up to the house and gave them a bath because Jen was freaking out about them being in that water and getting swimmers itch, since Taiger had some green slimey stuff on his head.

After their bath, we went for a ride around the farm and got to see most of the animals before it started raining.

Jason, Todd and Jared caught about 55 blue gills for our fish fry, however, by time they decided to come up to the house it was past 7pm. And we all know how I get when I am hungry!! Needless to say we didn't wait for all the fish to be cleaned and fried, we went out to eat instead. Fish fry planned for this weekend!!!
