Hunter is almost 4 years old and time for him to know the real meaning of Christmas, because you know we totally deprive him of church every week. So I feel if we can atleast explain to him about Jesus's Birthday and why we celebrate Christmas than we are doing our part.
While Hunter was playing with Grandma Lori's manger, pretending a tornado came through the village and that is why the sheep and the wise man were on top of the manger, Grandma Lori was trying to tell him the story of Jesus.
Grandma Lori: "Christmas is the day that Jesus was born; God put Jesus in Mary's belly"
Hunter: "Just like Daddy put me in Mommy's belly"
I guess that is enough sex education for our little 4 year old. Go back to pretending a tornado came through the village, because I am NOT ready for that talk yet!!
