What a weekend!

Thursday started off as any other day would. I packed Hunter in the van and headed to Grandma and Grandpa Mark and Lori's, I then headed to work. For Hunter though, it was the beginning of a very fun, long weekend. Grandpa Mark took Hunter to the Beach Bums game, where they sat in the 2nd row and Grandpa got Hunter a new shirt and hat (sorry no pictures, I was not there!). When they got home about 10pm, Hunter got a quick bath and got ready for the next round of fun. Grandma Lori's sisters, Theresa and Kim, and Grandma Nancy, and Courtney and Isabelle were on their way up to Traverse City. They arrived at 11pm, and all had a sleep over. Apparantely Hunter was a little excited and didn't go to bed until after 12:30 and he was the last to wake up the next morning at 10:30am.

Then Friday, it was off to lunch and then to the beach for a whole day of sun, sand, water, and tons of fun. I met them there Friday after work, and we stayed at the beach until almost 9pm. Hunter was pooped, and fell alseep within 5 minutes of leaving the beach.

Saturday was Sonya's bridal shower, where Hunter is the ring bearer, and I am the maid of honor. The day was beautiful, except for 5 minutes of rain, which we then ran all of the gifts inside for fear that the sky was going to let loose, and finished opening the gifts indoors. After the shower was over, we went home, played a little bit, ate, and then at 8:45pm headed to the hotel where Courtney and Isabelle were staying and went swiming until about 10:15pm, then we took the kids put-put golfing. Us 4 adults, and 6 kids arrive to put-put at 10:45pm, I bet they were happy with us since they were closing at 11pm. The kids had so much fun all weekend and I bet they can't wait until the wedding when they are all together again. It will be here before you know it!!
