Hunter and Zanders World: Trip Downstate

Hunter and I made our trip downstate to visit Grandma and Grandpa Cousino and our other family down there. Of course, the trip went by really, really fast. Though Hunter got to enjoy about 5 different parks that we took him too. He also loved playing with Asher and Delaney and Amber when she was over G&G's house. Friday night, Kim and Amber looked so pretty dressed up for prom, I think Hunter was a little shy, because he would barely talk to them. I am not sure what the best part of the trip was, playing with Grandpa's trains, chasing Smokey the cat around house, seeing Kim and Amber in their pretty dresses, playing with Asher and Delaney, having fun at cousin Nicole's graduation party, or just being down and visiting.

Funny story: On the way home, Grandma was driving and Aunt Dar went with us for the ride, we were almost to Mom's car, when all of sudden a police man came up behind us with his lights on, yep we were getting pulled over. I kind of whispered to Hunter, start crying. Hunter actually started crying, just like he was listening to me. I told my Mom to tell the police man that we were trying to find an exit for a bathroom for Hunter. So the police man came up to the window and asked Grandma if she knew how fast she was going, and she said yes, and he heard Hunter crying, and at this time Hunter was crying hard and trying to say "restroom" like he really needed to go to the bathroom. Grandma told the police man that we were trying to find a restroom so he could go to the bathroom. The police man told me I could take him out on the grass if he had to go that bad, so I got him unbuckled and took him off the side of the road, and to my surprise Hunter actually had to go to the bathroom. Now remind you we had just stopped 10 minutes before and Hunter went number 1 and 2. So the police man came back and just gave Grandma a warning, and told us where the nearest restrooms were. Thank goodness for Hunter, it's almost like he has very good acting skills.
