Ice-Fishing

Today Hunter got to go ice fishing with Daddy for the first time. I met them out on the ice after work. Hunter really had fun out there on the ice. The ice was about 15" thick, so it was very sturdy and it was a beautiful day, the weather was actually almost 40. I was a little nervous at first, but once I saw how thick it was I didn't mind walking all around. Hunter really liked getting the snow out of the holes that Daddy would drill, he also liked throwing snow balls at me. We got to see Mr. Dan catch a 25" pike and daddy catch a little tiny perch. I am sure this will be the first of many times going ice fishing.

It was so warm in the shanty with the little heater that Hunter and Jason took their coats off while we sat in there.
