Boring:(

Sorry to those of you that actually read this, well probably only one person, Grandma Cousino, so sorry Grandma Cousino that we haven't updated this site lately. It's just that nothing much is happening up here in Grand Traverse County, except for the 3 feet of snow we have on the ground and the cold, other than that our lives are just going on day by day looking forward to any sites and sounds that we may notice to show us that Spring is not too far away. I have been hearing alot of birds chirping, and if you close your eyes, you can almost imagine that you are standing outside on a beautiful Spring Day with the flowers coming up and buds on the tree, and then your cold, freezing nose brings you back to winter reality. Can you tell we are getting Spring Fever, badly. So it's the end of February, March is right around the corner, however, my estimate is that we still have about 2 months left of this cold crap!!!

Saturday Hunter and I spent the day together, because Jason was working the last day of his 85 hour week, phew, that's alot of hours!!! So Hunter and I went to a couple of stores, one being our weekly stop at Meijer, although we had just been there Friday night, but this time we went back to see if they had any winter boots left, because Hunter has been complaining that he can't wiggle his toes in his boots. They actually had Spiderman boots on clearance, can you believe it, we were in luck. So then we had to search for more geotrax because Hunter needs a bigger track, after Meijer we went to our other weekly stop the mall treehouse. Then it was down to Tartet, then to Mom's work to get her book she forgot, then to feed the ducks, who were so hungry we barely got out of our car and they were literally on top of us, stepping on our toes and actually grabbing food out of our hands. Then we went to the Marina and walked around the bay for about an hour. Hunter enjoyed being able to use his new boots, and kept wanting to walk by the water/ice and throw snow on top of it to see if it would splatter or sink. Before you ask the question, yes I had a death grip on him so he wouldn't fall in.

So that's our exciting tale for the weekend, as you can tell we are pretty darn bored here. Hopefully we will get some more excitement to be able to post. In the meantime, I may just post some old pictures from the summer to bring back warm memories!!!
