Fall

Ahhhh.... Fall is here, our favorite season of the year. The trees are turning blazing colors or oranges, reds and yellows. The fields are brimming full of pumpkins, houses are lined with corn stalks and mums, the streets are going to be full of goblins, ghosts and witches, or in our case Spiderman is hanging from his webs in our house, on his playground, in his jeep, and it's perfectly acceptable. Hunting season is here, ok that's Jasons reason for fall being his favorite season. The weather has been unseasonbly warm, but usually we love the crisp air of Fall when you can wear your favorite pair of jeans with your favorite sweater instead of this year wearing a sleevelss shirt and shorts in October. The only downfall of Fall is knowing that the coldest, longest season is right around the corner, and we never know what day old man winter will decide to blow in. Until then, we will be enjoying all the sights and sounds and smells (leaves burning) of Fall up in beautiful Traverse City, MI.
These pictures were taken from our upstairs back bedroom windows. Even though the pictures are beautiful you really need to see it in person to know how spectacular the colors are!!!
