A River Runs Through II

Wednesday was very hot in Traverse City, 95 degrees. Jason mentioned to Hunter when we got home from work if he wanted to go swimming, so we got on our bathing suits and off we went. At first I had no idea where we were going and then we came to the river. When I think of swimming in the river I still have visions of the Detroit River, and there is no way in HELL that you would go swimming in there. Well, the rivers up here couldn't be more opposite of that other yucky river. They are so clear and nice to go take a dip, so that's what we did. I was also surprised to see other people swimming there. What better way to cool off on a HOT summer day than take a dip in the river. I feel more and more like I am out in the country and I LOVE IT!!!!
